Last week, ROC’s very own Declan Roche, CEO and Anthony Kent, Bid Director proudly took part in the Annual Multiplex Lighthouse Charity Walk, joining hundreds from across the construction industry in a 26km trek across London.
The route included stops at every Multiplex project site along the way, raising both awareness and funds for the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity — the only organisation dedicated to the
emotional, physical, and financial wellbeing of construction workers and their families.
While the walk was physically demanding, its purpose was even more powerful: to shine a light on mental health in construction and remind our industry that support is always available — and often life-saving.
“Most of us hope we’ll never need to make that call for help… but when someone does, the volunteers on the other end truly save lives.”
At ROC, we’re proud not only of our team but also to work alongside clients like Multiplex, who are deeply committed to these values — championing wellbeing and making space for conversations that matter.
A huge well done and thank you to everyone who took part, donated, and of course to those who made the day happen through thoughtful planning and behind-the-scenes organisation. Your
efforts are making a real difference.
