ROC is proud to announce our involvement in Wood Wharf, one of central London’s most significant and ambitious mixed-use developments. As part of the final phase, we will be delivering full MEP works to Plot F2, including specialist installations, ensuring seamless integration with the existing energy center. This project marks our first collaboration with Canary Wharf Group, and we are delighted with the positive feedback received on our progress and performance to date.

Wood Wharf represents a transformative addition to London’s skyline, encompassing 5.5 million sq ft of mixed-use space. The development features over 260,000 sq ft of office space, including a Life Sciences Innovation Centre, a diverse retail and cultural hub, and more than 3,600 new homes. ROC’s expertise in MEP design and delivery will play a key role in bringing this complex, multi-faceted project to life.
