South Quay Plaza 4

Project Description

South Quay Plaza 4 is a 56-storey high-rise residential development. It is part of the wider regeneration of the original South Quay Plaza area on the Isle of Dogs. When the project is finished, there will be 400 residential units, ground-floor shops, a spa, a gym, and a shared sky garden.

Harcourt Gardens, the ensuing development, will be a place of balance and equilibrium.

Our works included electrical infrastructure with submains distribution and a full-height rising busbar, full electrical fit-outs of the gym, games room, karaoke room, saunas, and children’s play space, as well as landlord network, data, CCTV, and security systems. We installed fire detection, disabled refuge, life safety systems, lighting, and general power, delivered to full BIM Level 2 standards, and completed the full fit-out of 400 apartments.

We designed and installed the electrical and specialised infrastructure for the building, working closely with Berkeley Homes staff and key partners, including architects Foster + Partners. Leveraging our in-house BIM capabilities, we were able to visually present solutions to all stakeholders.
