One Clapham

ROC is delivering the full MEP package for 307 new units at the ‘One Clapham’ development in Battersea, South London. Part of the award-winning transformation of St John’s Hill, the scheme comprises six residential blocks featuring a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, alongside communal amenities including a dedicated Peloton hub.

Our works involve connecting to the existing energy center to provide underfloor heating throughout the apartments, with several units also benefiting from cooling via a newly installed VRF system.
The project was secured through a PCSA arrangement, enabling a fully coordinated Stage 4 design to be developed and approved before agreement of the final contract sum. This approach ensures precision, efficiency, and seamless integration across the entire scheme, reflecting ROC’s expertise in delivering technically complex residential developments to the highest standards.
