Fulham Reach

ROC is delighted to be onsite at Fulham Reach, our latest collaboration with Berkeley Group Plc. Working alongside St George PLC, a Berkeley brand renowned for delivering high-quality, mixed-use sustainable regeneration in London, we are making excellent progress on this prestigious development.

Our scope includes the full MEP delivery for 91 apartments in Block B2 and four townhouses as part of the final phase of the Fulham Reach development. All units are fitted with full VRF cooling systems, and ROC is also delivering all life safety systems across the scheme, ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for future residents.

This project marks another milestone in our strong relationship with Berkeley Group Plc, following our successful collaborations on South Quay Plaza and Silkstream. We look forward to continuing our partnership with both St George and their MEP designer MKP, delivering exceptional results once again.
