We are delighted to deliver the full Mechanical & Electrical package for Orly’s House. The development is the latest family club development from OurHouse Clubs, with Davenport Projects acting in a Construction Management capacity.
Located in East Sheen, Orly’s House will transform a former five-storey office building. The development will create a vibrant new destination for local families. Once complete, Once complete, Orly’s House will offer a range of family-focused facilities. These include childcare provision, fitness and wellness spaces, co-working areas, swimming pools, dining facilities and community amenities.
Our scope covers the project’s Mechanical & Electrical services. Our work will help transform the existing building into a high-quality facility for the local community.
The project continues to progress well on site. Key milestones include:
- First fix installations underway
- Electrical primary containment progressing across multiple floors
- VRF installation advancing in line with programme requirements
- Rising smoke shaft ductwork successfully achieving compliance sign-off
