ROC is proud to have successfully completed Silkstream Phase 1 in partnership with Berkeley Group, marking another significant milestone in the regeneration of Hendon, North London. The landmark residential development comprises 263 apartments across three residential blocks, extensive resident amenity spaces and a large Sainsbury’s supermarket, for which ROC delivered the shell and core MEP services.

Our scope included the installation and commissioning of:
- Comprehensive smoke ventilation systems, including dedicated car park ventilation.
- Separate residential and commercial sprinkler systems.
- Exhaust Air Heat Pump technology to every apartment, providing efficient heating and hot water without the need for a central plant system.
- Car Park Management System.
- Security systems.
- Fire Alarm systems.
