We’re proud to announce completion of our works at the Gaumont which sees the historic façade on the prestigious King’s Road turned into a vibrant mixed-use space
Working directly for McLaren Construction Group the principal contractor, on behalf of their client Cadogan, ROCMEP delivered the full MEP fit‑out of 47 high‑end apartments on the renowned Kings Road site.
The wider scheme also includes retail and office space, a cinema, and a range of food and drink venues—creating a modern community hub while preserving the character and heritage of the original façade.
Scope of work included:
- 47 residential units — including 10 town houses, 5 affordable homes, and 32 single‑floor apartments, all built to an exceptional specification.
- A beautifully designed external podium garden featuring intricate scene‑setting lighting.
- All M&E services within the residential communal areas.
