ROCMEP is pleased to announce that, effective January 1st, Anthony Kent will assume the role of Managing Director, following a planned and structured leadership transition.

Anthony has been a vital part of ROC for the past five years, where he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, and a commitment to delivering excellence for both clients and colleagues. His appointment marks an important milestone as ROC enters its next phase of growth.

Strengthening Our Leadership Structure

In his new role, Anthony will oversee day-to-day operations and lead the delivery of the company’s strategic objectives.

The Board of Directors will continue to include Declan Roche and Cahal McNicholl, who transition into updated positions aligned with ROC’s long-term vision:

Declan Roche – Executive Chairman

Declan will focus on long-term strategy, exploring new growth opportunities, and providing support to Anthony throughout the transition.

Cahal McNicholl – Executive Director

Cahal will oversee governance and continue to serve on the EOT Board, ensuring strong governance practices remain at the centre of ROC’s operations.

This structure ensures continuity, clear strategic direction, and strong oversight across all areas of the business.

Anthony, as Managing Director, along with the Senior Leadership Team, will work collaboratively to drive performance, uphold standards, and deliver on the strategic vision set by the Board.
